Deirdre has over 20 years experience as a Clinical Counsellor and Hypnotherapist. Moving to Australia 3 years ago she first worked with Australia’s 2006 Biggest Loser winner Adro Sarnelli, running her weight loss program Get Psyched.
She maintains a private practice in Frankston , offering Hypnosis and Counselling, operates weekly classes, and seminars. Dierdre is also a consultant Sessional therapist in the department of Psychiatry at Bellura Private Hospital, where she conducts expressive therapies and group Hypnosis for stress release, confidence, anxiety and depression with her clients.
