The beginning Angular Cheilitis symptoms may include itching or rash at the mouth corners in addition to the appearance of skin inflammation and red spots. It is not harmful when it starts, but you will soon have pain at the corners of your mouth and possibly bleeding which is exacerbated by mouth movement.
