For those of you who know me, you know that I have been on a quest to get fit, and not because I want to look like some celebrity, but because I believe that if we can get our women fit we can get our nation fit. I was given a vision this spring that this was to be my mission for 2010, and before health care reform became such a hot topic in our country.
