The long sandy stretch at Browne’s Beach, St. Michael, Barbados from which one could see the Hilton Hotel at the south eastern end, the towering Central Bank at the north-western end and the stately cruise liners in the port at the most westerly end is a hive of activity from early in the morning. A place to exercise in the fresh open air in the peace of the morning is what it means to some of the folk we met during the week.
