Have you wondered why it is seems so difficult to change our habitual behaviors? The reason is because our decisions and behaviors are driven by our emotions more than by our logic. Logically, we want to stop smoking or stop overeating, and yet, we still find ourselves repeating the pattern of behaviors. Why do we do this? It is because smoking and over eating meets our emotional needs.
